Although storm No. 3 did not directly hit Thanh Hoa, due to the storm's impact, heavy rain and widespread thunderstorms occurred in the province, causing landslides and trees falling on poles and power lines in some areas managed by Thanh Hoa Electricity Company.

As of 9:00 a.m. on September 8, 2024, a total of 18 medium-voltage power lines had problems, 10 low-voltage power poles were broken and 5 poles were tilted... disrupting power supply, affecting 68,207 customers.
