Mr. Chuyen said that his family has 4,000 m2 of coconut land, which does not bring in high income. Therefore, he has researched and learned and grown more oyster mushrooms. At first, Mr. Chuyen tried growing a few oyster mushrooms. After a period of effective care, the mushrooms yielded high yields and were sold at a good price, so Mr. Chuyen expanded the mushroom growing area. Currently, Mr. Chuyen grows about 40,000 bags of high-yield gray oyster mushroom spawn each batch.

Sharing about how to grow gray oyster mushrooms, Mr. Chuyen said that he arranged many farms, some farms planted pillars, stretched nylon ropes, tied spawn, some farms made iron shelves. Imported mushroom spawn, hung the spawn, processed for exactly 2 months. On the top of each spawn bag, there is a hole to close the lid, exactly 75 days later, the mushrooms will grow. According to Mr. Chuyen, the harvest time is 4 months, each bag of mushroom spawn yields from 200 to 300 grams of mushrooms and with 40,000 bags of mushroom spawn, about 8 tons of mushrooms are harvested.

With the price of gray oyster mushrooms sold to traders ranging from 45,000 to 60,000 VND/kg, mushrooms and coconuts also give Mr. Chuyen's family a monthly income of nearly 15 million VND. Thanks to that, Mr. Chuyen's family's economy is getting better and better.
