Keysight introduces high-bandwidth oscilloscope probes.

This is the only solution on the market with a high-impedance transducer operating at speeds exceeding 50 GHz. The InfiniiMax 4 series provides digital design teams with a turnkey transducer solution for digital, semiconductor, and high-speed wafer applications.

As devices become smaller and faster, accurately detecting signals becomes much more complex. High integration density and fast signal speeds demand advanced detection solutions that can maintain accuracy and minimize interference in the small size and high-speed environment of these devices.

Keysight has just introduced the InfiniiMax 4 Series high-bandwidth oscilloscope probes.

Keysight InfiniiMax 4 Series probes overcome these challenges with a high-impedance probe solution for system verification without applying a load to the device being measured (DUT), accelerating high-speed digital design, validation, and testing processes.

Additionally, the device offers the market-first RCRC design with a flexible PCA probe, leveraging the inherent flexibility of PCA to reduce stress on the probe's delicate leads. The removable flexible PCA probes allow for easy removal and replacement of the most fragile part of the probe.
