At the end of the third quarter of 2023, Novaland reported a profit, continuing to focus on completing key projects.

In the first 9 months of the year, Novaland 's total consolidated revenue including sales revenue and service fee collection was VND2,740 billion and recorded a loss of VND958 billion. Of which, sales revenue reached nearly VND2,292 billion, recorded from the handover of projects such as NovaWorld Phan Thiet, NovaWorld Ho Tram, Aqua City, Palm City, Saigon Royal and other central real estate projects; service revenue reached VND449 billion.

As of September 30, 2023, inventories recorded more than VND 137,594 billion. Of which, the value of land funds and projects under construction accounted for nearly 92.2% (equivalent to nearly VND 126,818 billion); the rest was completed real estate and real estate goods, completed real estate waiting to be handed over to customers.

In the third quarter of 2023, Novaland's financial report also recorded VND 2,230 billion in financial revenue, mainly from the sale of assets to restructure debt.

Also in the third quarter of 2023, in parallel with corporate restructuring activities, many of the Group's projects have received attention in resolving legal problems.

NovaWorld Phan Thiet is a favorite destination during the September 2nd holiday season, attracting hundreds of thousands of visitors to visit and experience.

For example, in August 2023, the Department of Construction of Dong Nai province issued an official dispatch allowing future real estate to be put into business for low-rise houses in subdivisions I and V of the Aqua City project (Dong Nai), continuing to invest in construction and sales for items in accordance with the approved detailed planning.

The NovaWorld Ho Tram project ( Ba Ria - Vung Tau ) is also being strongly directed by the Provincial People's Committee to remove difficulties and speed up legal procedures. Or NovaWorld Phan Thiet (Binh Thuan) has completed adjusting the detailed planning 1/500 for all items for the entire Project. Previously, the Prime Minister's Working Group chaired by the Deputy Minister of Construction concluded to maintain the investment policy according to Decision No. 934 issued by the People's Committee of Binh Thuan province in April 2019. At the same time, during the implementation process, if the Project falls under the case of having to adjust the investment policy, the Investor will adjust it according to regulations. In addition, Binh Thuan province is also taking the next legal steps to adjust the form of land rent payment from annual to one-time payment at the Project. Currently, the Project has been and is putting into operation a series of diverse utilities, meeting all needs from accommodation, cuisine, sports, entertainment.

During the 02/09 festival season, NovaWorld Phan Thiet continued to be in the Top outstanding destinations when attracting hundreds of thousands of visitors to visit and experience many attractive activities such as exploring the 7ha Wonderland Water Park with many interesting games, enjoying the YoYo Music Festival with a brilliant fireworks display at Miami Bikini Beach...
