The innovation of the front work is clearly stated in Program No. 01, dated September 30, 2024 of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee on implementing the Resolution of the 11th Provincial Front Congress (term 2024 - 2029).
Accordingly, along with 6 action programs and 3 breakthrough tasks, the Provincial Front sets out 5 contents that need to be focused on innovation during the term.
First of all, it is necessary to innovate and apply technology in collecting and processing information and promoting the role of press agencies in grasping public opinion, information and propaganda.
Right at the beginning of the term, the Provincial Front coordinated with the Quang Nam Information and Communication Technology Center (QTi) to upgrade the Provincial Front's electronic information page.
At the same time, QTi is requested to support and advise to increase the reliability and reputation of the Fanpage accounts of the Front at all levels, especially the Fanpage of the Provincial Front, aiming to be recognized with a blue tick on Facebook.
By the end of 2024, all district-level Fronts and 70% of commune-level Fronts in the province had operated Fanpage activities. In 2024, there were 655 news, articles, and 43 reports on the Provincial Front's Electronic Information Page; the "Quang Nam Front" Fanpage posted and shared more than 220 news, reports, etc. information about the activities of the Fronts at all levels. There were about 1.4 million interactions and followers on the Provincial Front's Fanpage.
In innovating information and propaganda work, the Provincial Front pays great attention to and promotes the press communication channel. A typical example is the coordination with the Journalists Association to organize the Great Solidarity Press Award within the framework of the Huynh Thuc Khang Press Award.
The results of the coordination of propaganda work have contributed to helping the Provincial Front successfully complete its tasks in 2024. That is also the basis for the recent Standing Committee of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee to have a working session with Quang Nam Newspaper and the Provincial Radio and Television Station to discuss and agree on a plan to coordinate propaganda work in 2025.
2025 is the first year of implementing the Resolution of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Congress at all levels for the 2024-2029 term, a year with many important political events of the Party. The Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Provincial Committee hopes to receive active and effective coordination from Quang Nam Newspaper and the Provincial Radio and Television Station in carrying out propaganda tasks. In particular, focusing on propagating 12 key work contents, especially some major contents and topics.
The Provincial Front requests Quang Nam Newspaper and the Provincial Radio and Television Station to support in gathering people's thoughts and aspirations; proactively propose monitoring content to send to the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee on legitimate opinions and recommendations of people in the province that have been reflected by press agencies (2 times or more) but have not been resolved or have not been resolved satisfactorily by competent authorities.
