On the afternoon of December 20, the Provincial People's Committee coordinated with the Son La Provincial People's Committee to organize a Conference on connecting investment, trade and tourism between Son La and Thanh Hoa provinces in 2024.

Speaking at the opening of the conference, Vice Chairman of Son La Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Thanh Cong sincerely thanked Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee and departments, branches and sectors for creating favorable conditions to coordinate with Son La province to organize this very important conference, creating conditions for Son La to meet, share and promote the province's potential and investment opportunities to investors, businesses of Thanh Hoa province and provinces in the region. With the potential and strengths of Son La province in developing tourism, agriculture, processing industry, energy industry, the province will focus on attracting high-tech agricultural projects, organic agriculture, clean agriculture; agricultural and forestry processing projects in its strengths; at the same time, encourage attracting socialized investment projects in the fields of health, education, environment, commercial infrastructure, etc.
