With that spirit, after 1 month of implementation, the project "Love Vietnam" implemented by Nhan Dan Newspaper in coordination with technology partners in Lang Son has quickly created a strong wave of spread.

Towards the 50th anniversary of the country's liberation (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025), the project "Love Vietnam" implemented by Nhan Dan Newspaper in collaboration with technology partners is an inspirational journey, helping people across the country turn over each glorious and proud page of the nation's history through each place and relic they visit.

By installing NFC chips at 3 famous cultural and historical sites in each province and city, the project aims to promote historical and cultural sites across the country, create unique discovery experiences for visitors, support and promote tourism between localities, and respond to and be suitable for the development of society in the current digital age.

Following National Highway 1, the country's main traffic axis, the first stop of the project "Love Vietnam" is the border region of Lang Son .

As a heroic revolutionary land, home to 7 ethnic groups (Tay, Nung, Kinh, Dao, Hoa, San Chi, H'Mong...), Lang Son has long been one of the "golden coordinates" on the Vietnam tourism map, possessing a rich cultural treasure, imbued with identity, and a system of famous natural and spiritual landscapes.

With the attraction of tourists increasing steadily every year, Lang Son has great potential in spreading and promoting the good cultural and historical values ​​of Vietnam to many domestic and international friends.

Understanding the cultural and historical potential of Lang Son, on March 13, 2025, 3 smart interactive stations of the project "Love Vietnam" were installed in Lang Son city, specifically at the following locations: Ky Lua walking street, Tam Thanh pagoda relic (belonging to the Nhi-Tam Thanh-Nui To Thi-Citadel of Mac Dynasty) and Ky Cung riverside park (Hung Vuong street connecting Thanh Pagoda relic, Cua Dong Temple).

Among them, Tam Thanh Pagoda has long been a famous spiritual site with the name "The first eight landscapes of Lang Son".

Covering an area of ​​over 52 hectares, Tam Thanh Cave is located in a mountain range shaped like a herd of elephants lying on green grass. Tam Thanh Pagoda is a special pagoda, located in a cave.

According to ancient documents, this pagoda dates back to the Le Dynasty. The oldest stele in the pagoda today is the “Renovation of Thanh Thien Dong” stele, made in the second year of Vinh Tri (1677).

Installing a smart interactive station at the gate of Tam Thanh Pagoda not only provides information about the history and architecture of the pagoda but also introduces to the public the spiritual values, cultural activities and festivals here. In addition, people and tourists can use the station’s facilities to look up information, connect to the internet, charge mobile devices, and enjoy the cool green space of the park.

Coming to the project “Love Vietnam” of Nhan Dan Newspaper, visitors can connect to the smart interactive station using a phone with short-range wireless connection technology to access the link of the website “Love Vietnam”. Each interactive station will provide many stories, images (in the form of videos or 3D models) about the location and province, city where the interactive station is located.

At each location, people can also “check-in” to see how many people they are at that destination, and can post their own photos along with messages for the program “Love Vietnam”.

All these images and messages will be collected and combined into a map of Vietnam with full images sent to the system by tourists from all over the country.

The three stations of the project “Love Vietnam” - Nhan Dan Newspaper chose to install this time are all in Lang Son city. These are all relics, scenic spots, and typical destinations on the tourist map of Lang Son province.

It is known that Lang Son city is also one of the leading units in researching and creating forms of propaganda and promotion using digital technology, effectively exploiting mass media. The city also established new promotion channels on social networking platforms and regularly posted articles, images and video clips promoting tourism destinations of Lang Son city on Zalo, Facebook, Youtube... attracting thousands of interests and followers.

Thanks to that, in recent times, the tourism industry of Lang Son city has achieved many positive results, with the total number of tourists estimated at: 1,540,000 arrivals (up 19.4% over the same period in 2024, reaching 42% of the plan for 2025) bringing in revenue estimated at 1,848 billion VND (up 79.1% over the same period in 2024, reaching 48% of the plan for 2025).

Not only participating in building the country's shape, the stations of the project "Love Vietnam" will help each citizen and tourist understand more deeply about the history, importance and story of the places, thereby enhancing the spirit of pride and patriotism, while encouraging people to explore more places to promote tourism development and increase local economic efficiency.
