This is the second consecutive time Imexpharm has been recognized in this prestigious ranking, affirming the company's continuous efforts in building an ideal working environment, where each member is comprehensively developed, committed for a long time and works happily.

Best Places to Work in Vietnam is a prestigious working environment ranking organized annually by Anphabe, under the auspices of the Vietnam Federation of Commerce and Industry (VCCI), verified by Intage Vietnam Market Research Company.

The survey recorded objective assessments from more than 65,000 employees nationwide, evaluating more than 700 businesses in 18 industry groups. Along with that is the "Leap of the Times" report through in-depth interviews with 253 CEOs and HR Directors, updating the most progressive trends and practices on talent, human resources and working environment in Vietnam.

According to the survey results of Anphabe conducted exclusively in the pharmaceutical industry from May to August 2024, with the participation of 1,612 people, Imexpharm was honored to be ranked Top 1 in the Pharmaceutical/ Medical Equipment/ Healthcare industry of the Medium Enterprise sector. At the same time, the company also ranked 25th in the Top 100 Best Workplaces in Vietnam for the medium enterprise sector, up 29 places compared to 2023.

Specifically, Imexpharm's Employer Brand Attractiveness Index reached 12.6%, higher than the industry average of 109%. Imexpharm's recruitment brand recognition in the pharmaceutical industry reached 85.2%, exceeding the industry average of 81.5%. The percentage of candidates considering working at Imexpharm reached 8.3%, compared to the industry average of 5.5%. In particular, the percentage of talents willing to apply for positions at Imexpharm was 129% higher than the industry average. This is a proud result for Imexpharm's Board of Directors and staff in the context of many challenges in the pharmaceutical industry.

With the philosophy of "People are the most valuable asset", Imexpharm focuses on building a friendly, fair, transparent and rewarding working environment. Regarding professional development, Imexpharm has organized hundreds of training and coaching courses for its staff. Thanks to a good working environment that helps employees maximize their capacity to contribute to the company, Imexpharm has overcome the difficult period, although the pharmaceutical industry showed signs of slowing down in the first 9 months of 2024, Imexpharm still recorded positive growth results. Specifically, revenue reached VND 1,553 billion, up 12% over the same period last year, while profit before tax (PBT) and EBITDA reached VND 252 billion and VND 334 billion, respectively.

Thanks to its continuous efforts, Imexpharm is proud to have been awarded many prestigious awards, such as the title of Vietnamese Medicine Star by the Ministry of Health, Top 50 best listed companies voted by Forbes Vietnam Magazine, and a position in the Top 50 Most Effective Companies in Vietnam and Top 50 Sustainable Development Enterprises organized by Nhip Cau Dau Tu Magazine.
