Vice Chairman of Hanoi People's Committee Ha Minh Hai said that in the coming time, Hanoi will continue to promote the benefits of iHanoi so that people understand and agree to use it.

The city will integrate iHanoi with its administrative procedure settlement system and online payment platforms.

At the same time, connect iHanoi with the City's Administration and Electronic Information Portal platform; integrate features such as finding bus routes, booking parking spaces, looking up exam scores and automatically notifying medical examination and treatment results. Develop virtual assistant and Chatbot features to support officials, civil servants and citizens.

Regarding the planned orientation for connection and data sharing in the coming time, Hanoi will coordinate with the Traffic Police Department, Ministry of Public Security to provide data on fines. Coordinate with the Department of Registration, Ministry of Transport to provide registration data. Coordinate with the Vietnam Road Administration, Ministry of Transport to provide data on journey monitoring.
