According to Vice Chairman of the Hanoi People's Committee Ha Minh Hai, in the coming time, Hanoi will continue to promote awareness of the benefits of iHanoi so that people understand and agree to use it.
The city will integrate iHanoi with its administrative procedures processing system and online payment platforms.
Simultaneously, iHanoi will be connected to the City's administrative platform and electronic portal; integrating features such as bus route search, parking reservation, exam score lookup, and automatic notification of medical examination and treatment results. Virtual assistant and chatbot features will be developed to support officials, civil servants, and citizens.
Regarding the planned direction for data connection and sharing in the future, Hanoi will coordinate with the Traffic Police Department, Ministry of Public Security, to provide data on traffic violations detected by cameras. It will also coordinate with the Vehicle Registration Department, Ministry of Transport, to provide vehicle registration data. Furthermore, it will coordinate with the Vietnam Road Administration, Ministry of Transport, to provide vehicle tracking data.
