Hyundai adjusts prices of 4 car models, highest reduction of 100 million VND

Hyundai Thanh Cong Vietnam Automobile Joint Venture (HTV) has just officially announced new retail prices for 4 car models: Hyundai Santa Fe, Custin, Elantra and Venue, with the highest reduction being 100 million VND.

In the first half of 2024, the economy showed many signs of improvement, along with positive signals from the domestic automobile market. Hyundai Thanh Cong also had bright spots in producing and distributing the latest car models with reasonable prices such as the all-new generation Hyundai Accent or the New Grand i10.

And to continue the customer-centric strategy and enhance customer experience, HTV has decided to adjust the recommended retail price to add more new technology and outstanding features for customers to access and experience more easily. The specific reduction is as follows (effective from June 18, 2024):

A representative of Hyundai Thanh Cong said: “We always want to bring customers the latest products, advanced technology and the most suitable price. And to have this price adjustment, in addition to optimizing activities from production to distribution, our partner Hyundai Motor has also provided support from input costs of component sets, etc. We hope that in the future, more customers will own and experience Hyundai's high-end products manufactured and distributed in Vietnam.”

Hyundai Custin and Santa Fe are two high-end products of Hyundai, built on the global N3 Platform and equipped with Hyundai Motor's leading safety and operating technologies.

The current generation Hyundai Santa Fe is an upgraded version of the 4th generation, introduced in Vietnam in May 2021. The car has a more "muscular" design with a luxurious hexagonal chrome grille. The highlight is the prominent T-Shaped Daytime Running Light (DRL), creating a luxurious and classy look for the car. Santa Fe is equipped with 2 engine options including a 2.5L SmartStream petrol engine and a 2.2L SmartStream Diesel engine with an optional 8-speed wet dual-clutch transmission. Santa Fe is equipped with HTRAC full-time 4-wheel drive system and Hyundai SmartSense active safety system.

Hyundai Custin is Hyundai Motor's first mid-size MPV product, introduced in Vietnam in September 2023. The car has a distinctive Parametric Dynamic design with hidden positioning lights integrated with the grille. Hyundai Custin is equipped with 2 engine options including 1.5 Turbo Smartstream and 2.0 Turbo SmartStream. The car stands out with electric sliding doors, electric rear seats and Hyundai SmartSense active safety system.

Hyundai Elantra is Hyundai Motor's most successful model with nearly 15 million vehicles sold worldwide. The current 7th generation Elantra was introduced to Vietnam in October 2022, featuring a sporty and sophisticated Sensous Sportiness design philosophy. In Vietnam, Elantra is introduced with 4 versions, 3 engine options including: 1.6L Gamma, 2.0L Smartstream and 1.6 Turbo Smartstream for 204 horsepower, the largest in the segment.

Hyundai Venue is a small A-SUV model, introduced in Vietnam in December 2023. Venue is the final piece, completing the SUV line-up of Hyundai Thanh Cong Vietnam. The car has 2 versions, using a Kappa 1.0 Turbo engine for a capacity of 120 horsepower with a 7-speed dual-clutch sports transmission, bringing the most exciting driving experience in the segment.
