Thuan Bac District Party Committee: Disseminate the 2024 Topic to key cadres

On March 14, Thuan Bac District Party Committee organized a conference to study, disseminate and implement the 2024 Special Topic on Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle on "Patriotic emulation, determined to successfully implement the goals of the Resolution of the 14th Provincial Party Congress, term 2020 - 2025" for all key officials at the district and commune levels through direct meetings at the district and online meetings at the communes.

The delegates have studied and thoroughly grasped the two key contents of the topic, which are: Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style on patriotic emulation and applying Ho Chi Minh's ideology on patriotic emulation to successfully implement the goals of the Resolution of the 14th Provincial Party Congress, term 2020-2025. On that basis, each collective, individual, agency, unit and Party cell in the district clearly recognizes the meaning and importance of patriotic emulation in performing the tasks of each agency, unit and locality. Contributing to the successful implementation of the goals set out in the Resolution of the District Party Committee and the Resolution of the Provincial Party Committee, term 2020-2025.

At the conference, Thuan Bac District Party Committee organized for the Party Committees to sign emulation covenants to carry out economic, political, social, security and defense tasks in the spirit of the District Party Committee Resolution 2024, with specific targets: Total production value of all sectors reached 12,984 billion VND, an increase of 16.6% compared to 2023; state budget revenue of 53.3 billion VND; total investment capital for social development is expected to reach 4,380 billion VND; the poverty rate decreased by 4.5%; the rate of trained workers reached 51.5%; the health insurance coverage rate reached 97%; on average, communes achieved 17.5 new rural criteria; admitted 57 new party members; 90% or more of the Party Committees fulfilled their tasks well.
