Through the process of propaganda and mobilization of working groups and commune-level People's Committees, 13/30 households have agreed to hand over the land. The locality is continuing to mobilize the remaining 17 cases. For those who have been mobilized but deliberately do not hand over the land, the district will forcibly recover the land, the time for enforcement is before April 15.

The Bien Hoa - Vung Tau expressway project through Long Thanh district is about 28km long, with a total land area to be recovered of nearly 228 hectares, including 2,593 plots of land belonging to 2,786 individuals, households and organizations.
By the end of April 9, Long Thanh district had mobilized to hand over more than 222.4 hectares of land, reaching nearly 98% of the recovered land area. Of which, 4 communes: Phuoc Binh, An Phuoc, Tan Hiep, Long Phuoc had cleared 100%.
