Long Thanh district is the locality with the most land recovery and land use conversion in the province in 2025.

For Long Thanh district, the most notable thing in the land use plan for 2025 is that more than 2,038 hectares of land will be recovered to implement socio-economic development projects, national defense, security, and other infrastructure. Convert 2,521 hectares of agricultural land to non-agricultural land according to the current land use status. With these indicators, Long Thanh district is the leading locality in terms of recovered land area and land use purpose conversion in 2025, up to the present time.

For Thong Nhat district, the land acquisition target in 2025 is more than 537 hectares, and the land use purpose change according to the current status is 583 hectares.

These indicators are the basis for localities to carry out land allocation, land lease, land use purpose conversion, land recovery, and land management.

The Provincial People's Committee assigns the locality to update the district's 2025 land use plan data into the National Land Database; publicly announce the land use plan; and carry out land recovery in accordance with land law. Annually, organize reviews, propose handling of land recovery, adjustment, and cancellation of land recovery for cases recorded in the 2025 land use plan and report to the Provincial People's Committee.

As of March 31, the Provincial People's Committee has approved the 2025 land use plan of 7/11 district-level localities including: Nhon Trach, Bien Hoa, Vinh Cuu, Tan Phu, Xuan Loc, Long Thanh, Thong Nhat.
