Attending the ceremony to admit new party members were the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee, leaders of the Party building committees of Bao Yen District Party Committee and leaders of a number of agencies, departments and branches of the district.

The four 12th grade students admitted to the Party this time include: Lo Thi Thanh Ben, born in 2006, Tay ethnic group, residing in Nam Pau village, Vinh Yen commune; Ma Thi Huong, born in 2006, Tay ethnic group, residing in Na Pong village, Vinh Yen commune (both are studying at High School No. 3, Bao Yen district); Nguyen Thanh Dung, born in 2006, residing in residential group 6A, Pho Rang town (student of High School No. 1, Bao Yen district); Ha Huy Hoang, born in 2006, Tay ethnic group, residing in Thac Xa 1 village, Tan Tien commune (student of Bao Yen district's Boarding Secondary and High School for Ethnic Minorities).

All four young party members have in common many years of continuous good academic performance, good conduct and good ethics.
Bao Yen district currently has 3 high schools and 1 educational institution with equivalent levels, the Ethnic Boarding Secondary and High School, with a total of 2,600 students. Therefore, the work of developing the Party among high school students is always given special attention by the locality.

Comrade Nguyen Xuan Nhan, Standing Deputy Secretary of Bao Yen District Party Committee, said: In recent years, Bao Yen District Party Committee has attached great importance to the work of Party building and developing Party members in high schools. The Standing Committee of the District Party Committee has closely followed the spiritual contents of Directive No. 34-CT/TW dated May 30, 1998 of the Politburo on "Strengthening political and ideological work; consolidating Party organizations, mass organizations and Party member development work in schools" to lead the implementation. Among the groups of tasks and solutions that the District Party Committee has actively directed, there is the task of creating sources and developing Party members among cadres, teachers, students, especially at the grassroots level where there are few or no Party members.
