Promoting the spirit of "Wherever there is a need, there are youths, wherever there is difficulty, there are youths", the Executive Committee of Phu Tho Provincial Youth Union has directed the activation of 226 volunteer teams, mobilizing a total of over 2,600 young union members to participate in the response and recovery work for storms and floods in localities throughout the province.
