On the afternoon of August 10, Comrade Hoang Van Thanh, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the City People's Council, Head of the Steering Committee for the 70th anniversary of the town's liberation and the 20th anniversary of the city's establishment, chaired a meeting of the Propaganda Subcommittee.

Propaganda on mass media, social networks; through the publication of documents, research competitions, billboards, welcome gates, slogans, exhibitions, hanging of national flags in households, etc.

Speaking at the meeting, the Secretary of the City Party Committee and Chairman of the City People's Council emphasized the importance of activities to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the town's liberation and the 20th anniversary of the city's establishment, and requested the comrades in the Propaganda Subcommittee to continue to contribute detailed and specific opinions to complete the plan. Thereby, affirming the results and achievements over the past 70 years, especially since the establishment of Thai Binh city, creating a joyful and exciting atmosphere, arousing pride, consensus, and unity in the awareness and actions of the entire Party Committee, government, and people of all walks of life to successfully carry out the political tasks and goals set out in the Resolution of the 28th Thai Binh City Party Congress, determined to build Thai Binh city to develop rapidly and sustainably, becoming a green city, a landscaped city, civilized and modern.
