Currently, on average, Cu Nham Fish Sauce Company Limited supplies the market with about 20,000 liters of fish sauce and various types of fish sauce each month. The Company's products are available in 400 stores and 40 official agents in many provinces and cities across the country. At the fair to display, introduce and promote OCOP products and Thanh cuisine in 2024, the Company has registered to participate in 2 booths. Currently, the Company has fully prepared the source of goods to display, introduce and consume at the event.

As one of the new OCOP products in the culinary group, Nga My 36 branded rattan has become known to customers inside and outside the province thanks to proactive promotion and consumption of the product.

Having participated in many fairs to introduce and promote products organized by the province, Ms. Quach Thi Anh, Head of the Huong Que Cooperative Group, Luan Thanh Commune (Thuong Xuan) understands the value, meaning and benefits for developing and promoting the image of the product. With this event, in addition to two OCOP products, lemon basil syrup and perilla extract with a quantity of up to thousands of bottles, the Huong Que Cooperative Group, Luan Thanh Commune (Thuong Xuan) also prepared the first set of health care and beauty products of natural origin such as shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, bath soap, etc.

As of June 2024, Thanh Hoa province has 508 OCOP products that have been recognized and ranked from 3 stars to 5 stars, ranking among the provinces and cities with the highest number of products in the country. Along with supporting and creating conditions to encourage entities to develop production, the province's functional departments and units also organize many practical activities to support entities to promote the consumption of OCOP products.

According to the Organizing Committee, the 2024 OCOP Products and Thanh Cuisine Exhibition and Promotion Fair will be held in Sam Son City in the coming days, with a scale of up to 100 booths, displaying, introducing, promoting and selling OCOP products in various fields such as: handicrafts, small-scale industry, agricultural products, food, herbs and Thanh cuisine. Currently, nearly 90 production entities have registered to participate, many of which have registered 1-2 booths to display and promote their products. It is expected that the entities will receive booths to decorate and arrange goods on July 19.

The market displaying, introducing and promoting OCOP products and Thanh cuisine is an event that brings together thousands of diverse and quality products of the quintessence of craft villages as well as a colorful culinary picture spanning across the province. The 14-day journey to participate in the event is expected by producers to be a bridge to promote cooperation between producers, distributors and consumers, contributing to the effective implementation of the policies of the Central Government and the province on cooperation in production and consumption of agricultural products, OCOP products and promoting the effective implementation of the Campaign "Vietnamese people prioritize using Vietnamese goods".
