Accordingly, in order to continue implementing Conclusion No. 01-KL/TW dated May 18, 2021 of the Politburo on continuing to implement Directive No. 05-CT/TW of the Politburo "On promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle" and Plan No. 35-KH/DUK dated September 17, 2021 of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Bloc on implementing Conclusion No. 01-KL/TW, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Bloc of Central Agencies has directed that in 2025, the entire Party Committee will continue to study and implement the Topic "Strengthening the pioneering and exemplary role of cadres and party members in excellently completing the political tasks of Central agencies" with a focus on "Exemplary implementation of revolutionary ethical standards in the new era - the era of the Vietnamese nation's rise".
The Party Committee's Propaganda Department requested that Party Committees directly under the Party Committee of the Bloc thoroughly disseminate and strictly implement Regulation No. 144-QD/TW dated May 9, 2024 of the Politburo on revolutionary ethical standards of cadres and party members in the new period, Instruction No. 159-HD/BTGTW dated July 3, 2024 of the Central Propaganda Department, Plan No. 185-KH/DUK dated October 4, 2024 of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Central Agencies on implementing the Regulation of the 13th Politburo on revolutionary ethical standards of cadres and party members in the new period in conjunction with the Special Topic on studying and following Ho Chi Minh's thought, morality and lifestyle in 2025 to Party Committees at all levels, Party organizations, socio-political organizations, cadres, party members, civil servants, public employees, union members, association members and workers.
Party committees at all levels, heads of Party committees, agencies and units thoroughly grasp the Party and General Secretary's policies on the basic contents of the new era, the era of the Vietnamese nation's rise. The era of development and prosperity under the leadership and governance of the Party, successfully building a socialist Vietnam, a rich people, a strong country, a democratic, equitable and civilized society, on par with the world powers.
Develop a plan to study and follow Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle in conjunction with implementing Regulation No. 144-QD/TW dated May 9, 2024 of the Politburo on revolutionary ethical standards of cadres and party members in the new period. Strongly innovate the promulgation, dissemination and implementation of Party resolutions. Focus on improving the quality of Party cell biology and the responsibility of cadres and party members in building "four good Party cells" to contribute to bringing the Party's policies and guidelines into practice.
At the same time, strengthening education and raising the sense of responsibility of cadres, party members, civil servants, public employees, union members, association members and workers is first and foremost the exemplary role of the heads of Party committees, agencies and units in practicing thrift and fighting waste. Paying attention to, encouraging and protecting cadres with innovative thinking, daring to think, daring to do, daring to make breakthroughs and daring to take responsibility for the common good.
The subordinate Party Committees proactively coordinate with the Party Executive Committee, Party delegation, and leaders of agencies and units to advise on building and streamlining the organizational apparatus of the Party, the National Assembly, the Government, the Fatherland Front, and socio-political organizations to operate effectively and efficiently; streamline the apparatus and organize Party agencies, truly be the intellectual core, the "general staff", and the vanguard leading state agencies.
Cadres, party members, civil servants, public employees, union members, association members and workers must cultivate, practice, and set an example in maintaining moral qualities and lifestyles, while advising and participating in the implementation of a number of key tasks, which are to strongly arouse patriotism, self-confidence, self-reliance, self-strengthening, national pride, aspiration to contribute, overcome challenges, surpass oneself, and successfully complete assigned tasks; unify awareness and strictly implement the Party's leadership and governing methods.
At the same time, actively reform administration, strongly innovate working style and manners in a scientific and professional direction, with the motto "right role, right lesson". Proactively participate in digital transformation, increase the application of information technology and digital transformation in Party activities. Strengthen self-training and fostering to successfully complete tasks to meet the current requirements of administrative reform and digital transformation. Participate in building a culture of preventing and combating waste; make practicing thrift and combating waste "voluntary", "willing", complying with and "respecting" the law./.
