Instructions and collection of ID cards for students participating in the 2025 junior high school and high school graduation exams must be completed before April 30, 2025.

The Department of Administrative Police for Social Order receives applications for Citizen Identification Cards for students.

According to statistics, up to now, the whole province has 8,815 cases of students taking the junior high school and high school graduation exams in 2025 who have not been issued ID cards. Of these, 262 cases were born in 2007 and 8,553 cases were born in 2010.

Based on the direction of the Provincial Police Director, the units have developed plans, schemes, arranged and prepared sufficient human resources, equipment and means to deploy guidance and receive applications for ID cards and electronic identification for students to ensure timely progress, not affecting their participation in exams; directed officers and soldiers to check the National Population Database to determine the number of students of age to take the junior high school and high school graduation exams in the area.

To facilitate the process of making student ID cards without affecting their studies, the Police units have increased the collection of documents after hours, on Saturdays and Sundays.

As of April 20, 2025, the whole province has received nearly 3,000 cases; The Provincial Police Director has directed the police units in the coming time to focus on propaganda, guidance, and receiving ID cards for students participating in the 2025 junior high school and high school graduation exams to ensure completion before April 30, 2025.
