Hung Yen: Awarding 500 To Hieu scholarships to students with difficult circumstances who have excelled in their studies

On April 20, at the Provincial Information and Conference Center, the Provincial Association for Promotion of Education in coordination with the Department of Education and Training organized the second To Hieu scholarship awarding program in 2025. Attending the program were comrade Quach Thi Huong, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department.

At the program, the Provincial Association for Promotion of Education awarded 500 scholarships to disadvantaged students who have excelled in their studies at primary and secondary schools in 10 districts, towns and cities; To Hieu High School (Hung Yen City), Le Quy Don High School (An Thi), Hung Yen University of Technical Education, To Hieu College of Economics and Technology. Each scholarship worth 1 million VND is taken from the To Hieu Fund for Promotion of Education and Talents of Hung Yen Province.

This is an annual activity, aiming to motivate poor students and those in difficult circumstances to firmly step forward on their journey to conquer knowledge.
