The space is operated by Kinh Do Specialty Joint Stock Company and Songcentre Hue. Attendees included former Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Phan Ngoc Tho; Standing Member of the City Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Hue City Nguyen Chi Tai; Standing Member of the City Party Committee, Secretary of Thuan Hoa District Party Committee Phan Thien Dinh; along with a large number of local people and tourists.
