Electrical safety training and testing for 485 officers and employees in the Electricity industry

The training program is organized in two phases: online training for the whole company and testing at the units. Specifically, the theoretical test on the computer consists of 50 questions, combined with direct questions and answers about real-life work situations such as troubleshooting, power grid diagrams, loop power supply operations, work tickets, etc., helping workers not only master theoretical knowledge but also improve their ability to react and handle situations flexibly when they arise.

In particular, the training program also analyzes past work accidents. Through this, workers have the opportunity to recognize and evaluate potential risks and draw lessons, contributing to preventing accidents from happening again. Members are also instructed in risk assessment skills, practice comprehensive resuscitation and specifically answer the difficulties that units often encounter during the implementation of the work.

At the end of the program, 100% of the officers and employees participating in the training and testing met the requirements, ensuring the construction of a safe and professional working environment at Phu Yen Electricity Company, contributing to the successful implementation of the year's goal of ensuring labor safety, preventing work accidents, and contributing to maintaining a safe, continuous and stable power supply to serve socio-economic development.
