Artillery training to celebrate the 70th anniversary of Dien Bien Phu victory

According to the Directive of the Ministry of National Defense on organizing the Army and Militia forces to participate in the parade and march at the 70th Anniversary of Dien Bien Phu Victory, the Artillery Corps was assigned the task of directing, selecting people, weapons, technical equipment, and facilities for training and participating in the ceremonial artillery firing on the day of the Anniversary.
