Provincial People's Committee members meeting April 2025 (3rd time).

After listening to the Department of Finance present the content of the Submission (TT) on the Resolution (NQ) of the Provincial People's Council approving the tasks and budget estimates for purchasing assets, equipment, and constructing new construction items in invested construction projects of agencies and units in Ben Tre province in 2025, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Truc Son said that the draft Resolution basically ensures legality, complies with Decree No. 138/2024/ND-CP dated October 24, 2024 of the Government regulating the preparation of estimates, management, and use of regular expenditures of the state budget for purchasing assets, equipment; renovating, upgrading, expanding, and constructing new construction items in invested construction projects.

The Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee agreed with the content of the draft Resolution, and at the same time proposed to closely review the list of equipment in the appendix attached to the draft Resolution (specialized equipment; common office equipment; shared equipment); restructure the list of tasks for purchasing assets and equipment of agencies and units in Ben Tre province in 2025 by industry and field.

Assign the Department of Finance to preside over and work with relevant departments and branches to review and complete the draft Resolution according to comments from members of the Provincial People's Committee to submit to the Provincial People's Council.

At the meeting, members of the Provincial People's Committee also commented and unanimously approved: Circular on submitting a draft Resolution of the Provincial People's Council approving the policy on amending and supplementing the Price List of land types in Ben Tre province for the period 2020 - 2024; Circular on appraising the Report on proposing investment policy for the Project: Purchasing medical equipment for 3 Medical Centers of Mo Cay Bac district, Ba Tri district and Binh Dai district; Circular on approving the Report on proposing investment policy for the project of constructing a new My Thanh bridge, Giong Trom district; Circular on approving the Report on proposing adjustment of investment policy for the North-South Road project serving Phu Thuan Industrial Park and Phong Nam Industrial Cluster (DT.DK.08), Binh Dai - Giong Trom inter-district, Ben Tre province; Circular on approving the Report on proposing investment policy for the project: Wastewater treatment system of Phong Nam Industrial - Handicraft Cluster; Circular on the draft Decision on decentralization of authority to examine and grant grade I practice certificates, authority to grant grade I construction activity capacity certificates; Circular on promulgating economic and technical norms for urban public services in Ben Tre province.
