Cooperation in the political and diplomatic fields is a bright spot in bilateral relations; the two countries actively coordinate and support each other at multilateral forums. The People's Movement for the Liberation of Angola (MPLA) is one of the first political parties with which the Communist Party of Vietnam established relations since the 1970s. The two Parties maintain a traditional friendship. Over the past time, the relationship between the two Parties has developed well, contributing to strengthening political trust and confidence between generations of leaders and people of the two countries. Emphasizing that “the presence of the MPLA delegation at the Ministry of Education and Training is to express deep and lasting gratitude to the Government and the education sector of Vietnam for their support in building a new Angola”, comrade Manuel Domingos Augusto also expressed his belief that this visit through the Party channel will contribute to strengthening recent cooperation agreements between the two countries, including in the field of education and training.Important lever to promote Vietnam - Angola cooperation

Currently, there are no Vietnamese education experts in Angola. “At the 7th Session, the two sides agreed to resume sending Vietnamese education experts to work in Angola.
