Since the beginning of the 2024-2025 school year, Ha Dong High School has signed cooperation and twinning agreements with 3 units, including: Mo Lao Ward Police (Ha Dong District), New Soldier Training Battalion (Division 361) and Hong Duc High School (Phuc Tho District, Hanoi ).

Ha Dong High School invests in modern, synchronous equipment for each classroom.

At the end of September 2024, Ha Dong High School and Mo Lao Ward Police (Ha Dong District) signed a program to disseminate and popularize legal education in schools. The signed program includes 10 topics, including: disseminating legal education; building a mass movement to protect national security; protecting internal politics , protecting state secrets, etc.

The two sides agreed to coordinate information exchange, ensure internal political security in the field of education and training, and the situation of cases related to criminal offenses, violations of law, traffic safety and order, and violations of regulations in the field of education and training.

Mo Lao Ward Police guide, propagate and disseminate legaleducation , life skills, and crime prevention skills so that students, teachers and staff of Ha Dong High School can properly exercise their rights and obligations according to the provisions of law on ensuring security and order, improving the effectiveness of ensuring political security and social order and safety.

The signing ceremony also emphasized the need to strengthen coordination between the police force and Ha Dong High School in ensuring traffic safety and order around the school gate, especially during rush hours.

At the end of October 2024, Ha Dong High School officially became twinned with the New Soldier Training Battalion, Division 361, Air Defense - Air Force. This event opened up opportunities for cooperation and connection between the school and the military unit, contributing to raising awareness, fostering patriotism, solidarity, and strong will for the younger generation.

Promoting the movement "Schools join hands to develop - Teachers share responsibility" launched by the Hanoi Department of Education and Training, on November 8, Ha Dong High School organized a twinning program with Hong Duc High School (Phuc Tho district, Hanoi). This activity marks an important milestone in the journey of exchange, learning and sustainable development between generations of students and teachers of the two schools; it is the foundation for future cooperation activities, contributing to the development of the education sector of the capital and the country.

The twinning activity between Ha Dong High School and the New Soldier Training Battalion, Division 361 helps students and teachers of the school raise awareness; strengthen education on patriotic traditions, national pride and fine traditions of the Vietnam People's Army.

The two units agreed that the twinning activities must be practical, effective, safe, and suitable for the age of the students and the actual conditions of the two units. Coordinate in propagating the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws; in which, focus on disseminating and thoroughly understanding the Law on Education, the Law on Military Service, the Law on Militia and Self-Defense Forces, the Law on Cyber ​​Security, etc. The two sides will well implement the contents and national programs on preventing social evils, especially drug crimes, prostitution, gambling, traffic safety, etc. Along with that, organize cultural, artistic and sports exchanges between the two units on special occasions to enhance understanding, build solidarity, cohesion, promote and create conditions for each other to successfully complete assigned tasks.

To ensure effectiveness in coordination activities, units will periodically summarize, evaluate, and draw experience in directing and implementing twinning activities and supplementing the content of activities in the coming time.

Principal of Ha Dong High School Nguyen Tat Vinh emphasized: The 2018 general education program has many innovations; shifting from imparting knowledge to forming and developing qualities and abilities for students. Therefore, in addition to professional activities, the two schools will promote extracurricular activities, exchange programs, learning and capacity development for both teachers and students.

As one of the units participating in the cooperation agreement with Ha Dong High School, Lieutenant Colonel To Trung Dung, Deputy Head of Ha Dong District Police, highly appreciated the cooperation contents between the two units; at the same time, he said that in order for the signing program to achieve high results, there needs to be close coordination between the ward police forces with the school board and parents of students; proactively inspect and control the entire program, ensuring the proposed educational goals and objectives.
