Meeting of former teachers on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification Day

Leaders of the Departmentof Education and Training and the Provincial Association of Former Teachers presented flowers and gifts to express gratitude to former teachers.

At the program, delegates reviewed the heroic historical memories of the struggle to liberate the South and unify the country. At the same time, they expressed gratitude and honor to the teachers who, despite difficulties and hardships, were ready to fight and sacrifice in the resistance war against the US to save the country, gain independence and freedom for the nation and contribute to the cause of educating people.

Mr. Nguyen Xuan Hai, former Chairman of the Provincial Association of Former Teachers, shared at the meeting.

The representative of the Provincial Association of Retired Teachers expressed his wish that the teachers and soldiers always live happily, healthily, usefully and continue to contribute positively to the association's movement; the leaders of the provincial Education sector continue to pay attention and support the association's activities to create conditions for the team of retired teachers to continue contributing to the province.
