At the meeting, departments, branches and localities agreed with the draft draft prepared by the Department of Natural Resources and Environment; this is the necessary legal basis for application in the province. At the same time, it is proposed to consider and supplement the content of regulations on the limit of unused land allocation for individuals in cases where many types of land are allocated; expand the scope of land allocation to communes, wards and towns; provide more detailed regulations on units proposing land allocation limits...
Concluding the meeting, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to synthesize all comments; review and select practical contents to include in the draft, ensuring legal consistency and compliance with legal regulations. He also noted that the drafting agency should focus on adjusting the name, scope of application, and appropriate land allocation area; arranging the provisions scientifically, eliminating unnecessary words so that when the decision is issued, it will contribute to improving the effectiveness of state management of land in the province.
