More than 50 students attend the Management Skills Course for Business Leaders in 2023

On the morning of November 30, the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development (DARD) and the Vietnam - Japan Human Resources Development Institute, Ho Chi Minh City Branch (VJCC-HCMC) held the opening ceremony of the Management Skills Course for Business Leaders in the province in 2023.

During the one-day course, more than 50 participants representing business leaders in the province will be equipped with knowledge taught by experts from VJCC-HCMC, including: Portrait of an innovative/improvement leader - planning and motivating productivity and quality improvement; Effective business leadership in the innovation period; Vision, trends and appropriate management thinking - building a culture of innovation.

This is a very meaningful and practical training program. In addition to providing knowledge to improve skills for leaders, human resources, and managers of enterprises, it is also a basis for promoting cooperation activities, trade relations, and attracting foreign direct investment from Japan.

In addition, through the relationship and influence of VJCC-HCMC, it will introduce and connect investment in the agricultural sector, connect agricultural product consumption and export between the Japanese market and Dak Lak to exploit the potential, advantages, and room for development of the province's agricultural sector.

Speaking at the ceremony, Director of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development Nguyen Hoai Duong said that this is the first course in the cooperation program between the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development and VJCC-HCMC. In the coming time, the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development will continue to research and survey the actual needs in the agricultural sector, coordinate with VJCC-HCMC to design appropriate programs and content to organize training courses for businesses in the province in 2024 and the following years.

At the end of the course, students who fully participate will be awarded a certificate of course completion by VJCC-HCMC.
