During the 3 days of June 22-24, 2023, the offline program of Hyundai Elantra customers called "Bigoff 3 regions - Amazing Journey" with the highlight being the parade of more than 50 Elantra cars took place successfully in Da Nang.
Nowadays, as the number of people owning and using cars is increasing, the car culture is gradually forming and developing. In the world and in Vietnam, the trend of customer groups is that people who use the same car model come together, forming car clubs. With the development of current technology, groups of users can easily find each other through social networking platforms. Here, they can connect, share knowledge about the car model they are using as well as many other meaningful activities.
Hyundai Elantra Vietnam Club is a group that has been developing for nearly 7 years, with nearly 30,000 members active online. The club was established mainly by members who are using Elantras assembled in Vietnam, or those who love but do not have the conditions to own a car for themselves, with the initial desire to share experiences using domestically assembled cars. Up to now, the club has become stronger, with activities, exchanges, and sharing not only experiences using Elantra cars but also many other issues of life. Club members are spread from North to South. Elantra Club also has many "offline" meetings, regular exchanges between members, as well as many journeys such as to the homeland's border in Ha Giang, Sa Vi cape, exploring the Central Highlands, ... and many meaningful volunteer activities.
This year, with the theme “Bigoff 3 regions – Amazing Journey”, the Club organized an offline event in the beautiful coastal city of Da Nang. Attending the event were more than 150 people, including members and their families and 50 Elantras owned by the Club members. Many members from far away such as Hanoi, Thai Binh, Bac Ninh, Nghe An, Kontum,… drove themselves and their families to attend the event.
In particular, the program featured the Elantra N, a high-performance version using a 2.0 Turbo engine with a capacity of 280 horsepower, applying many racing car technologies. The group had a parade, complying with traffic laws, through prominent locations in Da Nang such as My Khe beach, Dragon bridge, Tran Thi Ly underpass, etc. In addition, the members also had many activities to visit the scenic spots of Da Nang, Hoi An, experience the coconut forest basket boat along with many meaningful exchange and teambuilding activities.
Not only are the activities for parents, the children of the club members are also cared for when receiving gifts and rewards to encourage their learning efforts in the past school year. This makes the program even more meaningful, as well as the club's culture.
Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan, President of Elantra Vietnam Club shared: "The purpose of establishing Elantra Club is to connect members using Hyundai Elantra cars across the country; but the Club is not simply a place for men to travel by car together, but above all, it can be considered a common home for everyone, a place for the whole family to live. This is what makes the difference of Elantra Vietnam Club in particular, as well as the community of Hyundai car users in general. It is not only the product, but also the loving bond of the whole family. This event also marks the development of the Elantra user community in Vietnam, as well as customers who own Hyundai products."
The new generation Hyundai Elantra was introduced in Vietnam in October 2022 with 4 versions: 1.6AT Standard, 1.6AT Special, 2.0AT Special and Elantra Nline 1.6 Turbo with 204 horsepower engine power. Elantra is a domestically assembled C-class sedan, the model that offers the most diverse engine options with prices ranging from 599 to 799 million VND. The appearance of the high-performance version Elantra N promises to provide more choices for customers who are passionate about speed, wanting to own a car with powerful performance, maximizing power on the racetrack but still being able to use it comfortably every day.
