In the first 7 months of 2024, the total number of transactions connecting and sharing data via the national data integration and sharing platform - NDXP reached 533 million. This number in 2020 and 2021 was 11.5 million and 193.8 million transactions, respectively.
Looking back over 4 years of implementing the National Digital Transformation Program, the standing agency of the National Committee on Digital Transformation commented: the legal basis for databases has made great strides.

The reality of data development implementation shows that, if before 2020 only the national database on enterprises was put into operation, then up to now important national databases such as population, enterprises, and insurance have been completed.
In addition, other databases are also being urgently completed. In particular, the national population database has been completed and widely provided data to serve administrative reform.
The national land database has updated land data of 455/705 district-level units and is gradually being filled.
In 2020, the total number of transactions connecting and sharing data via the NDXP platform was 11.5 million transactions and has continuously increased over time.
The total number of transactions connecting and sharing data via NDXP from the beginning of this year to July 16 was 533 million, bringing the total number of accumulated transactions to mid-July 2024 to 2.3 billion.
However, in the report assessing digital transformation in the first half of 2024, the Ministry of Information and Communications also pointed out the problem that there are still many national databases that have not been fully shared widely for ministries, branches, and localities to exploit and use for management purposes.
