Speaking at the event, Ms. Dang Thi Kim Oanh - Chairwoman of the Board of Directors, General Director of Kim Oanh Group - emphasized: “With K-Home New City, Kim Oanh Group does not focus on profit but aims to create a model of high-quality social housing, where low-income people can also enjoy a green living space with full amenities according to international standards. Therefore, Kim Oanh Group has chosen Singapore's famous social housing model to develop a chain of social housing projects under the K-Home brand in Vietnam, of which K-Home New City is the first project, with strategic cooperation with Surbana Jurong - the group that has developed 80% of the number of social housing in Singapore".

Mr. Bernard Low Boon Yong – General Director of Surbana International Consultants (Vietnam) – said that he has applied 4 out of 7 principles of social housing design in Singapore to the K-Home New City project. These include: strategic connectivity, ensuring safety and privacy, community development and sustainable design.

K-Home New City is also the first social housing project developed according to EDGE green building standards in Binh Duong . Thanks to that, residents can save 20% of electricity and water and reduce greenhouse gas emissions during use.

In addition to introducing detailed information about the K-Home New City project, within the framework of the event, Mr. To Duy Chinh - Director of Business Division of Kim Oanh Group - also provided detailed information about incentive programs for customers wishing to own products at K-Home New City. Accordingly, customers only need 20% of the product value to own a comfortable home with Singaporean standards. The remaining amount is supported by the Social Policy Bank of Binh Duong province and MBBank to borrow up to 75% with a preferential interest rate of only 6.1%/year for 10 years. In addition, customers can also participate in a gratitude program with a total value of up to 12 billion VND.

The moment of announcing the prices of 2 product lines of K-Home New City: K-Home townhouses from only 2.179 billion VND/unit (handover of houses with completed interior) and K-Shophouse commercial houses from only 3.516 billion VND/unit (handover of houses with completed exterior, raw interior).

Chairwoman Dang Thi Kim Oanh announced a special incentive program: 1-2% discount for customers registering for multiple products; free home completion support package and 10-20 taels of gold discount depending on area and location when customers do not use loan capital. In addition, customers who borrow capital will receive interest support for 12 months.

Within the framework of the event, 698 customers successfully registered for consultation, demonstrating the strong attraction as well as the trust that many customers have for K-Home New City.

At the event, Kim Oanh Group also organized a lucky draw for customers who successfully registered for the service and a lucky draw for attendees with many valuable gifts such as Honda SH 125i, Honda Air Blade, Samsung 4K 65 inch TV...
