More than 195 billion VND invested in maintaining road systems and traffic lights

In order to improve the quality of management and maintenance of roads and traffic light systems under its management, the Department of Construction regularly directs units and enterprises to sign road maintenance contracts; increase road inspection and patrolling, promptly detect and repair damage on the route. At the same time, it publicizes the hotline number to receive feedback on traffic lights to promptly handle damage and incidents that arise.

Management and maintenance of road systems and traffic lights contribute to ensuring urban aesthetics, traffic safety, and increasing the lifespan of works during exploitation and use.

Thanks to that, the province's road traffic infrastructure system is protected, contributing to prolonging the life of the project; damage to the traffic light system is checked, handled and repaired within 12 hours of detection. Convenient traffic has contributed to promoting trade, attracting investment, minimizing traffic accidents, creating momentum for socio-economic development of the province.

In 2025, the Provincial People's Committee approved a plan to maintain roads and traffic light systems in the province managed by the Department of Construction with a total cost of more than 195 billion VND to contribute to ensuring urban aesthetics, traffic safety, and increasing the life of works during exploitation and use.
