More than 17,000 party members attended the conference to implement the Resolution of the 11th Conference of the 13th Party Central Committee.

On the morning of April 16, General Secretary To Lam attended the National Conference to disseminate and implement the Resolution of the 11th Conference of the 13th Party Central Committee. The conference was organized by the Politburo and the Secretariat in both in-person and online formats.

Overview of the conference at Quang Nam bridge

At the central bridge, there were President Luong Cuong, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, and National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man. In Quang Nam, there were Provincial Party Secretary Luong Nguyen Minh Triet - Alternate Member of the Party Central Committee, Provincial Party Secretary, and more than 17,000 Party members at 290 bridge points across the province attending the conference.

Speaking at the conference, comrade Lai Xuan Mon - Deputy Head of the Central Propaganda and Education Commission emphasized: The conference aims to thoroughly grasp the core contents, new points, and focus of the documents of the 11th Central Conference. On that basis, Party committees, party organizations, departments, ministries, branches, and localities continue to thoroughly grasp, propagate, and effectively implement the contents of the documents.

The dissemination and implementation of the Resolution of the 11th Central Conference was carried out methodically, scientifically, and qualitatively, creating unity within the Party and high consensus among the people.

The conference listened to Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh deliver the topic: "On the draft documents submitted to the 14th National Party Congress: New points in the Summary of some theoretical and practical issues on the socialist-oriented renovation process over the past 40 years in Vietnam; New points in the draft Report summarizing the work of Party building and implementation of the Party Charter submitted to the 14th National Party Congress; New points in the draft Political Report; New points in the draft report on 5 years of implementing the 10-year socio-economic development strategy 2021 - 2030; directions and tasks for socio-economic development in the 5-year period 2026 - 2030".

Comrades Tran Thanh Man - Chairman of the National Assembly and Le Minh Hung - Head of the Central Organizing Committee presented two topics "On amending the Constitution and laws; Directions for the election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels for the 2026 - 2031 term" and the topic "On continuing to arrange a streamlined, efficient, effective and efficient apparatus; amending and supplementing regulations implementing the Party Charter; Directive No. 45-CT/TW, dated April 14, 2025 of the Politburo on Party congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Congress of the Party".
