More than 1,600 workers receive unemployment benefits in the first quarter of 2025

The number of workers who came to the Provincial Employment Service Center to submit unemployment insurance applications was 1,979. Of these, 1,615 people had received unemployment benefits, with more than 30.4 billion VND spent.

The center organized 4 job fairs with 79 businesses in need of recruiting workers, provided job consultation and referrals to 14,347 people, and supported vocational training for 9 workers with a total amount of 40.5 million VND.

At the same time, through the center, workers were introduced to units and businesses licensed to send Vietnamese workers to work abroad under contracts in 2025. The center organized the reception of registrations for the Korean language test under the EPS program in 2025, with 192 workers registering for the exam.
