
This year's contest, with the theme "50 years of Southern Liberation and National Reunification", is jointly organized by the Central Council of Young Pioneers, Vietnam Post Corporation and the Vietnam Stamp Association.
After more than 4 months of implementation, the contest attracted the participation of millions of students across the country. Each contest entry was presented by the students in many creative and vivid ways; the forms of expression were diverse and rich; the content closely followed the contest theme, with elaborate investment, collecting many extended stamp sets related to the contest theme, including many rare stamps that are valuable as evidence for the contest entry.
From more than 1.1 million entries, the Organizing Committee and the Jury selected and awarded 25 collectives and 76 individual prizes, divided equally between primary and secondary schools, each group including 1 Special prize, 2 First prizes, 5 Second prizes, 10 Third prizes and 20 Encouragement prizes with a total prize value of more than 100 million VND.

The Quang Nam Provincial Youth Union was awarded the A prize for the group. Two biological sisters, Dang Le Gia Nhi (class 9/3) and Dang Le Gia Han (class 7/2, both from Kim Dong Secondary School, Nui Thanh town, Nui Thanh district) won the first and third prizes of the competition, respectively.
In addition to the First and Third prizes, Nui Thanh district also had 2 Encouragement prizes for Ho Ngoc Gia Binh (class 3/2, Tran Dai Nghia Primary School, Tam Hoa commune) and Bui Ngoc Bao Chau (class 8/3, Kim Dong Secondary School).
