(CLO) On January 23, at the Provincial Library, the Quang Ninh Provincial Journalists Association and the Quang Ninh Provincial Department of Culture and Sports jointly organized the Spring Book and Newspaper Fair of At Ty 2025.
The 2025 Spring Book and Newspaper Fair in Quang Ninh introduces to viewers more than 1,000 Spring newspaper and magazine publications from central and local press agencies; along with thousands of press, literary and artistic documents arranged and displayed aesthetically and scientifically, promising to become a meaningful destination for people and tourists in the days welcoming the new spring.

The new feature of this year’s Spring Press Festival is that the Quang Ninh Provincial Journalists Association coordinates with press agencies, libraries of provinces and cities, and domestic Journalists Association organizations to assemble an online Spring Press Library. Interactive screens at Spring Press Festivals, phones, iPads, computers, etc. help the public easily explore this year’s Spring press publications.
In addition, there is also an area for displaying and writing calligraphy with messages honoring traditional cultural values; an area for displaying works that won the A prize - National Press Award and a space for arranging art books.
Along with activities at the Provincial Library, the Provincial Journalists Association also coordinated with the Provincial Library and the People's Committees of localities to organize Spring Book and Newspaper Fairs in 12/13 localities in the province to display and introduce central press publications, Spring newspapers of provinces and cities across the country, Spring newspapers and typical press publications of the Provincial Media Center and the Quang Ninh Provincial Journalists Association.
On the occasion of the opening of the Spring Book and Newspaper Festival of At Ty 2025, the Provincial Journalists Association also commended and rewarded authors and groups of authors who won high prizes in the National Press Awards and major Central press competitions and awards.

On this occasion, the Quang Ninh Provincial Journalists Association coordinated with philanthropists to present a total of 35 Tet gifts, along with computers, to organizations and individuals in difficult circumstances in Dam Ha district and Dong Trieu city; and presented Tet gifts to families of Vietnamese Heroic Mothers in Dai Loc district (Quang Nam province)... This is a deeply humane activity, demonstrating the social responsibility of journalists, while spreading the spirit of solidarity and sharing in the community.
The 2025 Spring Book and Newspaper Fair promises to be a cultural venue of practical significance, contributing to improving people's spiritual life; providing a panoramic view of the achievements of the country and Quang Ninh province in the fields of economy, culture and society; spreading good values, contributing to creating trust and excitement for people and tourists on the occasion of welcoming the new year...
The Spring Book and Newspaper Fair 2025 at Quang Ninh Provincial Library takes place from January 23, 2025 to February 21, 2025.
