According to Dong Nai Hydrometeorological Station, the reason is that Dong Nai is affected by a low pressure trough with an axis at about 24-27 degrees North latitude connecting with the hot low pressure area in the West, which is compressed and gradually moves southwards by the continental high pressure area in the North; above, the subtropical high pressure with an axis through the Central Central region continues to encroach on the West and is more active; high-altitude wind disturbances are more active.

In Dong Nai and neighboring areas, there is hot weather with the highest temperature ranging from 36-37 degrees, some places above 37 degrees.

Director of Dong Nai Hydrometeorological Station Nguyen Phuoc Huy noted that the actual temperature can differ by 2-4°C from the actual outdoor temperature, or even higher if there are heat-absorbing surfaces such as concrete and asphalt.

The intense sunlight can affect the health of tourists participating in outdoor activities such as: causing dehydration, exhaustion and heat stroke due to prolonged exposure to high temperatures..., especially during peak hours from 12-16h. Therefore, you should be well equipped with jackets, sunglasses, sunscreen as well as providing enough water and vitamins when planning to travel or do outdoor activities during this time.

Due to increased electricity demand and low humidity, fires in residential areas and forest fires may occur.
