In the morning, the Provincial People's Council will be divided into 4 groups to discuss. Delegates will focus on discussing the report on the socio-economic situation in 2023, the socio-economic development plan for 2024 and other reports in various fields.
Delegates will focus on discussing and giving opinions on draft resolutions submitted to the session; on the activities of the Provincial People's Council; and on the direction and administration of the Provincial People's Committee.
In addition to focusing on discussing the orientation contents, the Groups also focused on in-depth discussions on the implementation of Resolutions on mechanisms and policies for socio-economic development investment issued by the Provincial People's Council from the beginning of the 2021-2026 term to present.
The Groups will also focus on discussing in groups issues on solutions for socio-economic development, administrative reform, digital transformation, implementation of agricultural development policies, and implementation of the National Target Program on new rural construction.
Besides, there are state management tasks on land, overcoming the shortage of doctors at the commune level, policies for teachers; disbursement of public investment capital and 3 National Target Programs...
In the afternoon of the same day, the Provincial People's Council will listen to the Heads of the 4 discussion groups present a report summarizing the group's discussion opinions. Afterwards, the Provincial People's Council delegates will discuss in the hall the issues of concern to voters.
