Comrade Trinh Minh Hoang, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee attended the workshop and presented a speech.
Speaking at the workshop, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Council emphasized: The work "Some theoretical and practical issues on socialism and the path to socialism in Vietnam" by General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong with 29 articles is a scientific work with profound theoretical content based on the summary of practices over 35 years of national renovation, demonstrating the comprehensive leadership of the Party in all fields of economy, culture, society, national defense, security, foreign affairs, Party building and the political system. The content of the book demonstrates intellectual height, discusses very vivid practical issues and genuine theoretical values on socialism and the path to socialism in Vietnam, making a great contribution to the work of summarizing practices, researching theories, perfecting theories on the path of renovation, contributing worthily to the cause of building, protecting and developing the country of the entire Party, the entire army and the entire people in the current period.

The Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Council affirmed that the organization of a provincial-level scientific conference with the above topic is very appropriate and meaningful. This is also an opportunity for agencies, units and localities in the province to review and re-evaluate a process with achieved results, clarify issues, summarize practical experiences to have appropriate orientations and solutions, contributing to promoting research work, proposing innovative solutions, improving the effectiveness of propaganda, applying the content of the work of General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong to local practice. He believes that with the participation of provincial leaders, leaders of departments, branches, sectors, district and city Party Committees in the province and scientists, the conference will be a great success and have a wide influence.
At the workshop, comrade Trinh Minh Hoang, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, presented a paper on "The current situation of applying the General Secretary's guiding viewpoints to the process of building and developing the local socio-economy, security and defense; the process of educating and training political mettle and revolutionary ethics for the cadres and party members of the province in general and youth union members in particular to meet new requirements today".

Leaders of the Provincial Police, Thuan Bac District Party Committee, Party Building Department, Mass Organizations, Provincial Political School, Department of Education and Training, Department of Justice presented papers on applying the works and guiding viewpoints of General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong to the practical work of Party building, building the police force, developing the socio-economic areas of ethnic minorities, teaching the Party building module in the intermediate political theory program, ensuring fairness in access to education and effectively implementing the struggle, controlling power, preventing and combating corruption and negativity in the work of building legal documents in the coming time in Ninh Thuan province. Delegates exchanged, discussed, clarified and deepened the meaning, value and sustainable importance of the works of General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong.
The workshop, advised and chaired by the Provincial Political School, received more than 51 reports and presentations. Of these, there were 4 articles by experts and scientists from the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics and the Regional Political Academy II, 11 articles by lecturers from political schools in the Southeast region, 12 articles by the Provincial People's Committee and departments, branches and sectors in the province and 24 articles by officials and students of the Provincial Political School.
