Workshop on 50 years of Dong Nai literature and art

In the current context, science and technology are developing very rapidly, leading to profound changes in social issues, including the ideological and cultural fronts, so the task of literature and art is more than ever placed at the forefront. The complex developments of the global economy have a great impact on the literary and artistic works of artists, so each artist must be a pioneer, leading the way on the ideological, cultural and literary fronts.

The conference had 27 presentations by cultural researchers, scientists , participating units and individuals, referring to all aspects that created Dong Nai's culture and arts over the past half century and orienting development in the journey into a new era, the era of national growth.

Delegates focused on analyzing the historical context, the development of Vietnamese literature and arts, the contributions of Dong Nai literature and arts 50 years after the country's reunification; the process of movement, achievements, limitations, causes and issues; creative work, theory, criticism, methods of promoting literature and arts; directions, tasks and solutions for developing Dong Nai literature and arts until 2030, with a vision to 2045.

In his concluding remarks at the workshop, Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of Dong Nai Provincial Party Committee Cao Tien Dung highly appreciated the opinions and proposals of the delegates and the Organizing Committee of the workshop, which were compiled and included in the documents of the 12th Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030, to provide orientations for the development of Dong Nai culture and arts in the coming time.
