The Provincial Farmers' Association thoroughly implements the Resolution of the 7th Provincial Farmers' Association Congress.

On the afternoon of September 19, the Provincial Farmers' Association held a conference to study, disseminate and implement the Resolution of the 7th Provincial Farmers' Association Congress, term 2023-2028 for officials and farmer members in Ninh Binh city.

At the conference, delegates listened to representatives of the Provincial Farmers' Association leaders summarize the results of the Congress and deploy the Resolution of the 7th Provincial Farmers' Association Congress, term 2023-2028.

Accordingly, the Congress was solemnly held on August 13-14, 2023 with the participation of 255 delegates representing over 130,000 cadres, members and farmers in the whole province. The Congress discussed and approved important documents and unanimously elected the Executive Committee of the Provincial Farmers' Union for the 7th term, consisting of 31 comrades; elected the Delegation to attend the 7th National Congress of the Vietnam Farmers' Union, consisting of 14 official delegates and 2 alternate delegates.

At the first meeting of the Executive Committee of the Provincial Farmers' Association, term VII, the Standing Committee of 9 comrades was elected, the Chairman and 2 Vice Chairmen of the Association were elected; the Inspection Committee and the Chairman of the Inspection Committee of the Provincial Farmers' Association, term VII, 2023 - 2028 were elected.

The Congress also clearly defined the direction, goals, tasks and solutions for the Association's work and the farmers' movement for the 2023-2028 term, emphasizing 12 specific targets during the term such as: 100% of the Association's grassroots units deploy to 100% of cadres and farmer members to study and thoroughly grasp the Resolutions of the Party, the Association, policies and laws of the State; 100% of the Association's cadres at all levels are trained and coached in professional work of the Association; 100% of the Farmers' Associations at the district level and 100% of the Association's grassroots units complete their tasks well or better; annually admit 3,000 or more new members; establish a "Club of Good Farmers in Production and Business" at the district level and a "Club of Billionaire Farmers" at the provincial level; have 70% or more of farmer member households register to achieve the title of good farmers in production and business...

Also in the conference program, delegates listened to representatives of the Provincial Farmers' Association leaders deploy the draft Action Program to implement the Resolution of the 7th Provincial Farmers' Association Congress, term 2023-2028 and convey the topic "Current situation of plastic waste pollution and solutions".

Through the conference, study, dissemination and propaganda help cadres and members grasp the basic and core contents of the Congress Resolution, clearly see the role and position of the Association, the responsibilities and rights of cadres and members, thereby actively and effectively implementing the Resolution of the 7th Provincial Farmers' Association Congress.
