Speaking at the meeting, comrade Nguyen Duc Loi, Permanent Vice President of the Vietnam Journalists Association, on behalf of the Vietnam Journalists Association and comrades in charge of professional units of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Journalists Association, thanked the IV Military Region Command for their affection and support for the delegation on this journey back to the source.

Comrade Nguyen Duc Loi also congratulated the results in the emulation movement to win, study and training. The IV Military Region Command always proactively grasps and accurately forecasts the situation, promptly advises the Central Military Commission and the Ministry of National Defense on military and defense tasks in the area.

The IV Military Region Command has done a good job of directing and advising local Party committees and authorities to effectively lead and direct the implementation of the Party's guidelines and the State's policies and laws on military and national defense, combining socio-economic development with strengthening national defense, security and foreign affairs tasks.
