Attending the ceremony were comrades Le Quoc Minh - Member of the Party Central Committee, Editor-in-Chief of Nhan Dan Newspaper, President of the Vietnam Journalists Association ; Le Hai Binh - Alternate Member of the Party Central Committee, Permanent Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism; Phan Xuan Thuy - Deputy Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission, along with many leaders of central and local press agencies and representatives of journalist associations nationwide.

Originating from the Vietnam Journalists Association established in the Viet Bac resistance base in 1950, the Vietnam Journalists Association has grown steadily, becoming a core political -social-professional organization, gathering a team of patriotic, courageous, and responsible journalists.
During the two resistance wars and the years of nation building, journalists were not only information transmitters but also soldiers on the ideological front, many of whom heroically sacrificed for the ideal of national independence and freedom.

Comrade Le Quoc Minh emphasized: In the 75-year history, the Vietnam Journalists Association has promoted its role as a political - social - professional organization of journalists, innovated its methods of operation, and met the requirements of the new situation: Being the voice of the people, a forum of society, actively participating in social supervision and criticism, contributing to building a clean and strong Party and political system.

Representing the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission, comrade Phan Xuan Thuy highly appreciated the contributions of the Association over the past 75 years, and at the same time oriented a number of key tasks: Perfecting the organization of the Association in the spirit of streamlining, improving operational efficiency; promoting the role of the press in the digital age; proactively proposing policies for press development and solemnly organizing the upcoming 100th Anniversary of Vietnam Revolutionary Press Day.

The anniversary is not only an occasion to pay tribute to generations of journalists but also an affirmation of the mission of continuing to innovate, create, maintain professional ethics and political courage of the Vietnamese revolutionary press in the new period. This is an opportunity to look back on the glorious journey of the Vietnamese revolutionary press and honor the contributions of journalists through the ages.
