The delegation respectfully lit incense and observed a minute of silence, remembering the infinite merits of the heroic martyrs - the outstanding children who bravely fought and sacrificed for the cause of national liberation, unification of the country, building and defending the Fatherland, for the happiness of the people.

On the same day, the Standing Committee of the Vinh Phuc Provincial Journalists Association offered incense to commemorate martyr journalist Hoang Loc and 149 heroic martyrs resting at the Martyrs' Cemetery in Dong Que Commune, Song Lo District. Journalist, poet, and martyr Hoang Loc was born in 1922 in Chau Khe Village, Thuc Khang Commune, Cam Binh District, Hai Hung Province (now Hai Duong Province). Journalist Hoang Loc died on November 29, 1949, and was buried at the Martyrs' Cemetery in Dong Que Commune, Song Lo District, and is the only martyr journalist resting in Vinh Phuc Province.
The Vinh Phuc Provincial Journalists Association also visited, presented gifts to relatives, and commemorated martyr journalist Nguyen Van Nhac at Xuan Mai residential group, Phuc Thang ward, Phuc Yen city. Journalist Nguyen Van Nhac was born on March 5, 1925 in Vinh Phuc, and was a reporter for the Truth Newspaper, now Nhan Dan Newspaper. The journalist died in 1949 at a very young age.

With many contributions during his revolutionary and journalistic activities, journalist Nguyen Van Nhac was recognized by the Fatherland for his heroic sacrifice in the resistance war against France. Nhan Dan Newspaper awarded him the Medal "For the Cause of Nhan Dan Newspaper".
The Standing Representative of the Vinh Phuc Provincial Journalists Association inquired about the health and life of the family of martyr journalist Nguyen Van Nhac, encouraged the family to uphold good traditions, continue to make efforts in economic development, and build a cultural family.
