The conference heard a brief update from the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee on the socio-economic tasks for the first quarter of 2024. Mr. Le Van Binh reported on the results of the Fatherland Front's work in the first quarter of 2024; disseminated Resolution No. 43 of the 13th Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam on continuing to promote the tradition and strength of national unity to build a more prosperous and happy country; informed about the content of General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong's article "Proud and confident under the glorious banner of the Party, determined to build an increasingly rich, civilized, cultured, and heroic Vietnam"; and discussed several key issues for feedback on the draft Political Report to be presented at the 11th Provincial Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, term 2024-2029...
Comrade Le Van Binh, Standing Committee member of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province, delivered a speech at the conference.
At the conference, delegates expressed their joy and enthusiasm at the results achieved by the province in the first quarter of 2024; and at the same time, hoped that the Provincial Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front would select individuals with sufficient virtue, talent, and dedication to the work of the Front; further promote the role of the Front in building new rural areas, civilized urban areas, and social welfare activities; develop plans and solutions for effective water management in the face of the current drought; accelerate the progress of key projects; find solutions to curb traffic accidents; and pay attention to the issue of providing health insurance cards to people in difficult circumstances. The conference also listened to the opinions of delegates contributing to the draft Political Report to be presented at the 11th Provincial Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, term 2024-2029.
In his concluding remarks at the conference, the Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ninh Thuan province acknowledged and highly appreciated the heartfelt and responsible contributions of the delegates. He also requested that each intellectual, religious leader, and influential figure continue to actively convey the content and spirit of the conference to all segments of the population, and continue to listen to and understand the people's thoughts and aspirations in order to promptly report them to the relevant authorities for resolution of legitimate requests. This will create consensus among all segments of the population towards the goal of building a more prosperous Ninh Thuan province.
