On August 15, 2024, in Quy Nhon City, Binh Dinh, Vietnam National Petroleum Group (Group/Petrolimex) opened the 2024 Internal Communication Training Conference with the theme "Better Together - Going Further". The conference is expected to create a new step forward in Petrolimex's internal communication work, making an important contribution to achieving the goals and realizing the Group's vision in the coming time.
Member of the Board of Directors - General Director of Petrolimex Dao Nam Hai chaired the Conference with Deputy General Directors of Petrolimex: Nguyen Quang Dung and Nguyen Ngoc Tu, representatives of the departments: Communications and Public Relations, Office, Information Technology and Digital Transformation, Human Resources Organization; leaders of the Vietnam Petroleum Trade Union and the Group's Youth Union.
In particular, the Conference was attended by nearly 200 delegates who were leaders of Petrolimex member units attending online at the bridge points and 150 delegates who were officers and employees - the core team in the Group's communication work - trained directly in Quy Nhon City.
Speaking at the opening of the Conference, Board of Directors member - General Director Dao Nam Hai emphasized that in the context of increasingly fierce competition and constant changes in the market, Petrolimex has been making constant efforts to continue to develop and affirm its leading position. This year's internal communication training conference marks a new turning point, when internal communication and corporate culture are focused on developing more strongly. The conference will be a new step forward in Petrolimex's internal communication work, contributing significantly to the implementation of the Group's goals and vision in the coming time.
From the end of 2023 to the beginning of 2024, the Group's Board of Directors has paid close attention to Internal Communications, contributing to the building of Corporate Culture through the full and systematic implementation of activities, processes, and personnel. The Group has established an Internal Communications Working Group, conducted an Internal Communications Survey, and will soon launch an internal Newsletter and website called "Companion".

Taking place over 3 days (August 15-17, 2024), the 2024 Internal Communication Training Conference provides in-depth knowledge, equips practical skills and updates new trends for Petrolimex's staff in charge of communication work.
Sharing at the Conference, Mr. Le Van Truong - Nghe An Petroleum Company said: Although he has been in charge of internal communications for many years, but when listening to the sharing from Expert Le Quang Vu (Blue C) today, he really understood more about this work, especially the more "open" thinking, avoiding "constraints" in building internal communication content. After the Conference, he will convey this knowledge to his colleagues at the unit to build and promote the power of internal communications together, contributing to promoting production and business activities.
