BHG - On the afternoon of April 15, Ha Giang Electricity Company held a conference for employees and advanced models to evaluate production and business results, employee benefits and commend advanced models in 2024.

In 2024, Ha Giang Electricity Company proactively developed solutions to overcome all difficulties with the motto of action "Transparency - Proactiveness - Timeliness - Friendliness"; "Practicing thrift, fighting waste". Special attention was paid to the task of modernizing the power grid and implementing target programs in digital transformation... As a result, in 2024, the Company successfully completed the assigned production and business plan targets. Of which, commercial electricity reached over 500 million kWh, exceeding 106% of the plan; increased by 7.2% compared to 2023; the number of customers paying without cash reached nearly 90% of the total number of customers; performed well in customer care and electricity saving propaganda. Along with that, the payment of salaries and benefits to employees is complete, accurate, timely, and in accordance with regulations, the average income of employees in 2024 will reach 27 million VND/person/month. Social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance will be fully and promptly deducted and paid for 100% of staff and employees with a total amount of 28 billion VND.

At the conference, leaders of Ha Giang Electricity Company responded to proposals and recommendations from staff and employees. At the same time, they proposed directions and tasks for 2025 to continue aiming at the goal of providing safe, stable and quality electricity to meet socio -economic development and people's lives; ensuring quality and progress of investment and construction projects and putting them into operation as planned; mobilizing all resources to improve production and business efficiency and labor productivity.
