Conference on research, study and dissemination of documents of the 13th Politburo and Secretariat

On August 18, the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee held a conference to study, learn and disseminate directives, conclusions and regulations of the 13th Politburo and Secretariat. Comrade Pham Van Hau, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council chaired the conference. Attending the conference were members of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee; leaders of departments, branches, sectors, the Fatherland Front, mass organizations and localities; Chairmen of the Inspection Committees of district, city and Party Committees directly under the Provincial Party Committee.

Speaking at the opening of the conference, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee said that in the past time, the Politburo and the Secretariat have issued many resolutions, conclusions and regulations to continue to concretize the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress and the thematic resolutions of the Central Executive Committee of the Party. In order for Party committees, Party organizations and Party members in the Provincial Party Committee to promptly grasp the policies, viewpoints, tasks and solutions stated in the directive documents and regulations newly issued by the Politburo and the Secretariat, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee has directed the advisory agencies to review and propose a number of important documents to deploy to Party committees at all levels in the Provincial Party Committee. At today's conference, the delegates were informed of very important contents; there were extremely sensitive issues; there were principled contents that needed to be updated and carefully studied to effectively implement the tasks of each agency, unit and locality. He asked the delegates to promote a sense of responsibility; Be proactive in studying and researching; fully absorb the contents of the Central Committee's documents to lead and direct the implementation in units and localities to achieve good results, contributing to the successful implementation of the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress and the Resolution of the 14th Provincial Party Congress. After the conference, the district, city and party committees directly under the Provincial Party Committee continued to disseminate and disseminate to the comrades at the Party Committee level, key officials of departments, branches, the Front, mass organizations and localities in appropriate forms; at the same time, based on the direction of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, develop programs and plans to organize the implementation of directives, conclusions and regulations according to the requirements of the Central Committee, closely following the practical situation of localities and units.

The conference listened to Comrade Nguyen Tien Duc, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission, disseminate Regulation No. 69-QD/TW dated July 6, 2022 of the Politburo on disciplining Party organizations and Party members who violate the Party's regulations; Regulation No. 110-QD/TW dated July 6, 2023 of the Secretariat on rotation of cadres in the Party inspection sector and Project No. 05-DA/UBKTTW dated April 14, 2023 of the Central Inspection Commission on rotation of cadres in the Party inspection sector system. Next, Comrade Huynh Tan Hanh, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Director of the Provincial Public Security, disseminate Directive No. 24-CT/TW dated July 13, 2023 of the Politburo on firmly ensuring national security in the context of comprehensive and extensive international integration; report on the situation and lessons learned from Dak Lak province.

The conference also listened to Comrade Dao Trong Dinh, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Commission, disseminate Regulation No. 116-QD/TW dated July 28, 2023 of the Secretariat on directing, orienting and providing information, and disseminating information on preventing and combating corruption and negativity; and listened to Comrade Phan Tan Canh, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, disseminate Conclusion No. 56-KL/TW dated May 23, 2023 of the Politburo on strategic orientation for Mekong region cooperation until 2030.
