Attending the conference were members of the Party Executive Committee of the Provincial People's Committee, term I, 2020-2025.

The Provincial People's Committee Party Committee has 44 grassroots Party organizations (28 Party Committees, 16 Party cells) with 3,381 Party members. In the first quarter of 2025, Party committees and grassroots Party organizations at all levels led and directed the synchronous implementation of assigned tasks, thanks to which, socio-economic activities continued to develop stably. Industrial production value increased by 2.74% over the same period; total retail sales of goods and service revenue is estimated at VND 16,117.8 billion (reaching 24.24% of the plan and increasing by 10.64% over the same period)...

The fields of education, health, culture, science and technology and digital transformation have also made remarkable progress, especially 100% of administrative procedures meeting the full online public service process. Social security goals are maintained and implemented, people's lives are concerned by leaders at all levels, the business community and the whole society. The security, order and social safety situation in the province is maintained; proactively researching, boldly advising and proposing policies and mechanisms related to the fields of science and technology, innovation, digital transformation, attracting strategic investors...

In the work of Party building, the Party Committee and the Standing Committee of the Party Committee promptly issued Working Regulations, assigned tasks, built a key work program for 2025; promptly received Party organizations and Party members...

The conference also carried out the process of introducing additional personnel to the Executive Committee of the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee, and the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term. Accordingly, it was agreed to add 8 members to the Executive Committee of the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee to complete the missing positions. In particular, comrade Pham Minh Trung - Party Committee Secretary, Director of the Department of Home Affairs was elected to the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.

At the same time, the report on the allocation of delegates to attend the 17th Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030 was approved.

On this occasion, 3 individuals in grassroots Party organizations under the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee who achieved the standard of "Excellent completion of tasks" for 5 consecutive years (2020-2024) were honored to receive certificates of merit from the Provincial Party Executive Committee, including: Comrade Tran Huu Duc - Provincial Inspectorate Party Cell; Comrade Nguyen Qui Tho - Provincial Inspectorate Party Cell; Comrade Tran Kim Hung - Dak Doa-Mang Yang Regional Tax Department Party Cell (Provincial Tax Department Party Cell).
